If you’ve hurt your ankle, it can be difficult to get back up and start exercising again. To rehabilitate a sprained or twisted ankle, look at the links below.

It is extremely important that you stretch your ankle so that you can start working out again. The stretches in the Pinterest post below can be helpful, but make sure that you don’t overextend your ankle. Stretch it until it hurts, but don’t go past that pain point. You want to rehabilitate your ankle, not make it worse.

A while ago, I was speaking with my neighbor who has been in and out of jail for the past thirty years. He said that he changed his life by taking Tae Kwon Do. This made me think about how we can deal with anger. It is easy to get mad. Little things happen and we freak out, but there are better days to deal with anger.
