If you are thinking about getting fit, you might want to listen to this New Year’s Shake recipe. This is great because it has a hint of cocoa and cinnamon that will warm you up but the cayenne will help you lose weight.

Ingredients:
• 5 tbsp. vanilla protein powder
• ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
• ¼ tsp. cocoa powder
• ¼ tsp. espresso beans ground
• ½ cups whole milk
• 2 ice cubes
• ½ banana

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve cold.
